I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, luxury homes and income property in the greater Big Bear areas. I am committed to putting my clients first in every aspect of the sale or purchase process. As my client, your needs are my priority. My goal is to establish relationships with my clients for life. I understand that buying or selling a home can be one of the most important events a person can have. As a FULL TIME realtor I continually make myself available to my clients so that any questions or concerns are handled immediately with prompt ongoing communication and follow-through. I work full time, all the time, for you!

Prestigious National Association of Realtor's designation
CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist). CRS members represent the top 4% of all Realtors in the country. Only 39,000 agents in the United States have advanced training and experience required to hold a CRS designation.
CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert). CDPE agents have a thorough understanding of complex issues in today’s turbulent real estate industry and knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners.
2008, 2009 and 2010 RE/MAX 100% Club Award. Based on commissions earned in a single year, membership in the RE/MAX 100% club is awarded only to a select group of high-producing RE/MAX sales associates.
2007 RE/MAX Executive Club Award. Recognition of outstanding sales performance and achievements in the real estate profession.
Completed two national certification courses to receive a designation as a Certified New Home Specialist and as a Residential Construction Specialist.
Honored with the Rising Star award for exceptional performance my first year in Big Bear.
Personal
My husband and I raised four children in Southern California and enjoyed our Big Bear getaway for years. We decided to "sell it all" and move to Big Bear when it became more and more difficult to go home from the mountain paradise. Now a resident of Big Bear for over ten years I am utilizing my skills from over twenty years of business experience to further my real estate career and help others find ways to accomplish their dream of owning a home in the mountains. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, boating, water skiing, snow skiing, hiking with my chocolate lab, gardening, golfing and just enjoying the great outdoors. |
